Find refuge from the weight of the world as we untangle built-up stress and tackle your to-do list with unwavering support from our community. Together, we'll send you off into the weekend with a reminder that you’re not alone and a sweet sense of accomplishment. Join us for this free event online!
Sign up below to receive dates and Zoom links in your inbox. Our gatherings are pop-up style on Friday afternoons (Eastern time US).
Finish Friday sessions are 90 minutes (come and go as you need) and include:
A short somatic practice to move stress or gunk away so we can be present in the space.
Two co-working intervals Pomodoro-style (~30 min. each) with a break in the middle.
An opportunity to name your goals for accountability.
Closing music for free dancing or added time to wrap up your tasks.
Optional space to celebrate each person's progress.
Camera and mic are always optional, and no matter what you'll leave with a gold star of Finish Friday accomplishment, because you matter and are rocking your existence.
Bring that project that needs a boost, the task you’ve been avoiding, or a process that could use friendly company like that pile o' laundry, and let's Get It Done!

About your host:
Hi! I’m Lori (she/her), a sexuality educator, somatic movement guide, integrative coach, and founder of the Rose Model for Healthy Relationships. As a creative, neurodivergent, and purpose-driven human with many irons in the fire, I understand the scatteredness, overwhelm, and isolation that can happen when added support is needed. We’re not meant to do it all alone, and I created this space so you don’t have to.
In each Finish Friday session, I guide a short somatic movement exercise to support nervous system regulation before we begin co-working. These practices are adaptive — you can participate standing, sitting, or lying down, in whatever way feels true for your needs in the moment.
Most importantly, in ANY of our Rose Model spaces, there is never a wrong way to be or show up. What matters is that you’re here and you’re you — We need who you are and what you have to share in this world. Please come as you are, even if you “don’t feel like it,” and you’ll be welcomed with open arms, radical non-judgment, and community care. Hope to see you at a Finish Friday session soon!
