Building Healthy relationships from the inside out
Scaffolded program guiding participants through the building blocks of healthy connection, starting with the relationship they have with themselves. Through the course students learn to:
Manage mental and emotional health and gain tools to weather the dips and valleys of life.
Recognize early warning signs of relationship abuse.
Effectively communicate in both personal and professional life.
Feel more empowered through leadership skills.

Value of Voice — SPOKEN WORD, DIALOGUE & MOVEMENT
A dynamic, one-time event using the art of spoken word to deepen awareness about the broad range of survivorship and the power of storytelling. Movement guides participants to reset the nervous system and increase self-awareness and self-care. Participants will:
Hear impactful survivor stories.
Explore holding space for marginalized voices to lead.
Gain an embodied practice to increase self-awareness and the ability to self-regulate.
Be guided through an adaptive movement practice to get unstuck from the stress response.
Learn about the brain/mind/body connection, and how they can leverage this in their own evolution.
Gain new tools to build healthy selves, relationships and sexuality.
