not your p.e. Teacher’s sex ed
With authenticity, engagement, and sensitivity to diverse lived experiences, Lori Rose guides young adults through a journey of self-discovery and critical skill building. The Rose Model is evidence- and trauma-informed, combining a biopsychosocial approach to sexuality education with Lori’s coaching abilities to unlock human potential and support people in reaching their dreams.
This virtual program is intentionally small and intimate — with a maximum of 8 participants — so that everyone feels safe, heard and supported as they build their personalized toolkit for navigating healthy selves, relationships and sexuality.
Who this is for:
16-22 year-olds who want to improve wellbeing and build a personal toolkit for managing healthy relationships and sexuality throughout their lives.
Aspiring world-changers who want to help end violence and abuse and build a culture where everyone is safe, valued, supported and free to share their unique gifts.
Empowered Choices Includes:
Eight (8) live group video calls with Lori Rose, sexuality educator and transformational coach
Two 1:1 coaching sessions to set goals and take next steps
Recordings of all content presented
A private facebook group for discussion, accountability and support
How it works:
In eight video calls, Lori will guide the small group through interactive discussion and exercises, using intuitive modalities from journaling and artistic expression to movement and dance in order infuse fun, build self-trust, and embody lessons learned.
Weekly course content will be recorded in case participants need to miss a session, and participants will have access to recordings after the course.
Participants will complete a short self-reflective exercise after each session in order to practice what they’re learning and integrate the material into their own lived experience.
1:1 coaching at the beginning and end of the program allow personalized time to set goals and gain clarity as participants determine next meaningful steps in their own journeys.
